CHOOSING WHAT'S RIGHT FOR YOU

With over 15 years of personal training and group training experience, and an array of different areas of training and education, Brick City Strength brings expertise and solid, caring personal interactions to each and every client that walks through the door. We have 1-hour group classes, a mobility class, and other specialty workshops/classes to offer our clients. We take a vested interest in nutrition and offer nutritional counseling for those who want to take their health to the next level. Take a look at some of the services that we offer and see which program is right for you. 

If you have worked out in the past and are looking for a new home, or travel and need a gym to be your base while you’re in Newark, we would love for you to pop in for a class or have access to classes as often as you’d like. Please use this link to purchase a single drop-in class or a 10-class punch card so that you can hop right into class upon arrival to Brick City Strength.

INTRODUCTORY SESSION

We know that picking the right gym is an important decision. We invite you to try a free one-on-one session with one of our coaches to experience what we have to offer, check out our facility, and meet some of our members.

GROUP CLASSES

Following your introductory session, we hope you’ll have an understanding of what our group training is all about and the positive atmosphere at our facility. If it’s group training that you’re seeking, our fun, yet focused classes will keep you engaged and always have you excited to come back. We take our clients’ goals very seriously and through the interaction of our community members, you will come to quickly find out that you are not alone on your mission for better health. 

You will always be challenged and pushed, but will always leave with a sense of accomplishment and constant desire to be better!

PERSONAL TRAINING

Though a big draw to Brick City Strength Gym is for our group classes, we offer much more than group classes. We offer Personalized Training (PT) programs and Specialty classes for anyone looking to get fitter and stronger, address weaknesses, lose weight, fix injuries, or any other physical goals you may have.

We understand that taking that first step into the gym can be a daunting task: with our personal training program, we make it rewarding by building a training program strictly for YOU. Your coach will take you through a comprehensive assessment, talk to you about your goals, and from there, create an individualized plan. The workouts are fun, challenging, and engaging, and you will feel amazing knowing that you are getting the right training for you – whether you’re just starting out, or you’re already a well-developed athlete.

One size does not fit all when it comes to addressing weaknesses and building a better you. We hope you’ll let us help you get to where you want to be!

Mobility Class

Get bendy with us! Strength is a major focus here at Brick City Strength, but without mobility and flexibility, strength will eventually fall flat. During our mobility classes, we navigate through all parts of the body, learning the best positions and tactics for our individual athletes to make some mobility gains. Through this class, we utilize different techniques and equipment to get the best stretch and movement possible. Ultimately, a better sense of your own body is what we strive for here, and with this class your body awareness will sky rocket!
